Seeking a modification to a condition of a previously obtained site plan approval to extend the November 1, 2008, deadline for maintaining, on a temporary basis, certain signage in connection with construction on the property and marketing of units, for a period of one year or until all units are sold, whichever shall be sooner.
08-08(V) William Perillo, 301 South Avenue W., Block 3004, Lot 4, seeking approval of Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan with a variance. Applicant proposes a restaurant use for the premises, approximately 1,260 sq.ft., previously used as retail space. Applicant is seeking variance relief from Section 17.02C7r of the Land Use Ordinance. Ordinance requires 1 parking space/2 seats equivalent to 20 parking spaces.
