|The following are memorializations of Board action taken at the meeting held on June 4, 2007:|
|1. 07-15 (V)||LCI Holdings, Inc., 249/255 East Broad Street, Block, 2405, Lot 17. The applicant is seeking approval to amend existing site plan at premises known as 249/255 East Broad Street and Lot 17, Block 2405 on the Tax Map of the Town of Westfield to allow the placement of signs on the front facade and front window of the building and to seek the variances from the following provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Westfield:|

Eric and Maria Gerckens, 10 & 12 Mohawk Trail, Block 5115, Lots 27 & 28. The applicants are seeking a Minor Subdivision Approval relative to premises know as 10 and 12 Mohawk Trail, Westfield, New Jersey (the “Property”), also known as Lots #27 and #28 in Block #5115 on the Tax Map of the Town of Westfield to allow a boundary line adjustment. Both lots front on Mohawk Trail. It is intended to move the boundary line between the two parcels. The easterly sideline of Lot #27 will move in an easterly direction 13.82 feet. This will add 13.82 feet to Lot #27 and reduce the street frontage of Lot #28 by 1.89 feet so that Lot #27 frontage will be 79 feet and Lot #28 frontage will be 53.09 feet. With the additional space on Lot #27, the applicants will expand the garage on Lot #27.
